The control system(Patent product) is a revolutionary product that designed for testing CVT gearbox in after service industry, it could change the CVT speed ratio through adjust the movement speed and position of step motor by manually, thus we can identify the performance of step motor and whole CVT.
It could test NISSAN CVT (6 pins) and ZF CVT (4 pins) at present, we preserve upgrade function; increase the quantity of CVT models through upgrade the software.
It can not only control the step motor, solenoid valve can be tested separately, support free setting solenoid’s duty cycle and frequency

CVT speed ratio is adjust by the stepper motor, we can not simulate the different working condition effectively in traditional test bench, because we can not control stepper motor accurately before.
However, the birth of CVT control system solve the problem completely!
It can control stepper motor accurately, by adjusting the movement of stepper motor, to obtain different CVT output speed. So technician could collect testing date quickly and easily under predetermined condition.
Furthermore, the system could also be used to adjust CVT solenoids, by free setting its’ duty cycle and frequency.
